Going For Independence complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which takes effect from 25th May 2018. The GDPR replaces the European Data Protection Directive and was designed to harmonise data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU Citizen's data privacy.
